Users must not upload false, misleading, forged, defamatory, unlawful, or unauthorised data. Institutions are responsible for the correctness of student records, staff records, verification inputs, and public profile information submitted through the platform.

Services may include recurring billing. By making payment, the customer authorises processing of applicable charges for the selected plan or approved service scope.
Cancellation requests may stop future billing in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. However, all payments already paid for a live or current billing cycle remain non-refundable, subject to the Refund Policy published on this website.
No refund is created merely because a user stops using the service, changes plan preference, or requests cancellation after service activation.
