GYAN RANK follows a strict non-refundable billing policy for activated subscription plans, onboarding charges, implementation fees, service fees, and related digital service payments.
All payments made toward subscriptions, onboarding, setup, implementation, training, activation, custom work, service fees, and other approved charges are non-refundable once paid.
If a subscription has already started or a service period is active, the amount paid for that billing cycle will not be refunded, whether or not the service is fully used by the customer.
Cancellation of service or stopping future billing does not create any right to a refund for the current or any completed billing cycle.
If a customer believes that a duplicate payment or clearly excess payment was made by mistake, the customer may contact support for review. Any review will be subject to payment verification, gateway confirmation, and internal approval. This does not guarantee a refund.
Users should contact the official support team first for billing clarification before initiating any external payment dispute. We may request transaction reference details, payment screenshots, and account identifiers for investigation.
