1. Cancellation Of Future Billing

2. Effective Date Of Cancellation

Cancellation generally applies to future billing cycles. The current paid period may continue until the end of the active service term unless otherwise specifically confirmed by the platform in writing.

3. No Automatic Refund

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds, if any, are governed strictly by the Refund Policy and only after internal review where applicable.

4. How To Request Cancellation

• Share institution name or account identity.
• Provide registered email address or phone number.
• Provide payment or subscription reference where available.
